Annual Accounts

bennettbrooks prepare annual financial statements to meet statutory filing obligations and we use our industry specific knowledge and experience to ensure that they comply with best practice in accounts and tax for your sector. This service includes the filing of statutory accounts and returns at Companies House.

Corporation Tax

bennettbrooks will prepare your annual Corporation Tax Return (CT600) for annual submission to HMRC, and advise you of the payments due. As part of our review of your financial statements and corporation tax return we will ensure that your income is taken in the most appropriate and tax efficient manner.

Payroll

bennettbrooks will prepare your payroll records as an approved payroll bureau in compliance with HMRCs standards and with a focus on tax efficiency to maximise your earnings. This involves calculating your gross and net pay, along with any PAYE or National Insurance taxes that may arise.

Quarterly…
bennettbrooks will prepare P32 Employer Payment Record, provide you with payslips and advise on the amount due to HMRC.

Annually…
bennettbrooks will prepare and submit submit your year end return, form P35, on-line to HMRC.

P11D...
bennettbrooks will also prepare and submit form P11D(b) together with forms P11D.  A form P11D must be completed for those employees/directors who were in receipt of benefits in kind or expenses payments which are not covered by a dispensation.  This involves calculating any Class 1a National Insurance due from the company on any benefits in kind provided.

Self-Assessement

bennettbrooks will calculate your taxable income for the year and prepare your self assessment return, which we will then submit electronically on your behalf to HMRC in time for the statutory deadline.
